Next Meeting

The next regular club meeting will be held on Tuesday May 2nd, 6:00PM at the field. In keeping with our By Law change, meetings will be held in Feb, May, Aug. ,Oct and Nov. this year.

Minutes of our Last Meeting Feb 6^th at the Field

	There were no minutes from the December meeting since this was the annual Christmas party.
	Darryl read the treasurer’s report in Jim’s absence and it was approved.
	A new member, Morgan Pritchard, was introduced.
	A gate with a double-chain and combination lock has been installed on the mower shed. The generator is also chained and locked.
	Joe asked all members to be mindful of housekeeping on and around the field and in the club room. Metal barrels and burn barrels will be place around the field to aid in the clean-up.
	There are 49 paid members and 21 unpaid. The deadline for 2006 membership renewal is March 1^st.
	Darryl gave a report on one of our former members who has passed away, Bill Polson. Bill’s wife contacted Tom Van

	Norstrand and told him Bill left all his R/C equipment to the club. Darryl and Jim will get the equipment and inventory and catalog it. It will then be offered for sale to the club members with the proceeds going to the BSRCC club. Members will be notified of the date and time of the sale.
	Name badges are available in the club room for all who have paid their dues.
	If anyone is interested in combat flying please see Darryl Long.
	Thanks were given to Darryl for grilling those great cheeseburgers and providing the soft-drinks.

Please continue to place your radio in the Impound Area when not flying. And, put your pin up when you do want to fly.

Auction of Bill Poulson’s Equip

A list of the equipment is being sent by mail amd/or Email to all. The sale of equipment will take place on Sat. March 18^th 10AM to 2PM. Come by the field and fly and buy some equipment while there. All proceeds will be for the benefit of the club.
